The sun was
shining like a baby gazelle,
as I strolled through the house one night.
The stereo
fought with the TV,
and I decided to get me a bite.
I found some
food in the pantry,
but alas, it was all too sweet.
And then I
looked in the freezer,
and saw a package of meat.
Meat is so
good,
Meat is my friend,
Meat makes my whole life complete.
There is nothing
more marvelous in this world,
than a wonderful package of meat.
Was it pork,
was it beef, was it chicken?
What life did the butcher delete?
I wouldn’t care if it’s mutton or bear,
As long as it’s marvelous meat.
I don’t like
fruits and veggies,
And they say that you are what you eat.
But I sure don’t care about being compared,
to a package of marvelous meat.
Meat is so good,
Meat is my friend.
Meat makes my whole life complete.
There is nothing more marvelous in this world,
than a wonderful package of meat.
I’m not too fond
of seafood.
A big T-bone just can’t be beat.
Some folks long for riches,
Just give me a package of meat.
Some folks are
vegetarians,
but I bet you they cheat.
If you look behind their bean sprouts,
you’ll see a package of meat
